Brown County Golf Course in Oneida, WI has long been the standard for public golf in Northeastern Wisconsin. Designed by Lawrence Packard in 1958, "the County" has been drawing national attention - most recently in Golf Digest as the 9th rated municipal golf course in the nation and 4 star rated - since it's inception. We take great pride in our golf product and proudly feature the following-18 park style holes that wind through tree-lined fairways with Duck Creek meandering about on some of our most difficult holes.
Easy tee access from hole to hole makes for a quick round. Play in 4 hours or less!
Choose from five sets of WSGA rated tee boxes starting in late 2017 or early 2018! - you can play anywhere from 5800 to 6800 yards at the moment.
Twin ponds on #13 will affect your strategy as you negotiate the tightest tee shot on the course. Those same ponds remain in play for your 2nd shot on this beautiful Par 4.
Friendly wait-staff to meet your food and refreshment needs, both on and off the course!
Brown County Golf Course has never been in better shape thanks to our new greens and surrounds with awesome fairway conditions! Completely re-done in 2014, our new bentgrass greens have tremendous drainage and feature a more consistent roll. We've heard a lot of great comments and can't wait for you to experience them! It's best for right handed golfers to draw the ball on the front nine off the tee but fade it on the back nine. Leftys? You know the drill!
BCGC most recently hosted as the Secondary Course for the 2016 WSGA State Best Ball Tournament and eagerly awaits the Primary Course hosting duties approaching on June 1st 2017. Past events include the 2005 Wisconsin State Amateur Championship and many other statewide events, including Junior Championships and Senior Best Ball Tournaments.
Jimmy O's Golf Shop is on site and has the latest Golfwear and Merchandise - just try to find a lower price than ours! 27 years of experience here comes in handy - just ask us for anything, Golf is our Game!
